Tooth Thots on Thursday

Sorry if I have given you all a scairty with that picture of my tooth, it is much to my embarrassment... AND

1) The tooth fairy have not visited me yet.
2) mommie found the tooth among the kibbles in the food bowl during my lunch.
3) I could have have gotten choked by my own tooth. *shiver*
4) Lost count of the number of fallen teeths,
5) but at least I still have my 2 'fangs', (don't ask me about the bottom ones)
6) which come to tink of it, renders my biteys into a not-so-effective
Bean training method. Any new methods out there?
7) I may be older than I look or feel,
8) and I may need dental health coverage for my remaining teeths soon.
9) Pls teeths, stay where you are rite now.

Less than thirteen Thursday + Awards

Hi everyfurrdy, Felix here! So sorry for our lack in blogging, blame it on the mommie, naturally. *stare at mommie*

But we kitties did remember to jot down the 'Less than 13 events' that took place last month, so we can share with you guys. : )

1) Mommie moving to her new place and

2) Mommie's office underwent renovations, thus...

3) Huge lag in blogging *stare at mommie again*

4) Ran into the partitioned office 87 and a half times.

5) Booster Naps.

6) Tried our paws at Olympic Synchronised Dry Diving (when coming down

from the high nap spots for snackies - not recommended when coming out

from deep snooze though)

7) This event was veri scairty cos Garfield gotted choked on his kibbles. He nom nom nom way too fast and a pc of kibble that was mixed with wet food gotted stuck somewhere in his throat or windpipe, cos he was wheezing and making yakking sounds but nothing came out. Mommie quickly patted at the sides of his ribcage and tried to do a mini heimlich, but still the wheezing continued. But he was brave and didn't panic, and while mommie was comforting/patting his sides, she went and lifted up his hind legs and within 1-2 mins (which seemed like a lifetime according to mommie), Garf gave a big cough and yakked out the menacing 0.5cm kibble. Phew! We went online and learnt that beans can help us by patting our sides (end of ribcage) but not too hard like a karate-chop (cos it will break our delicate bones) and apparantly lifting the hind legs (no dangling pls) will cause gag reflex. We are most thankful that Garf is A-ok. So furriends, pls chew ur kibbles as much as you can before gulping it all down!

We were actually back on Monday, but mommie said she has to get back into the groove of things, so we couldn't blog and visit. Well, if u ask us, why get out when u have to get back in again?? Rite guys?

Sigh... Mommie will be leaving for her week long vacation this evening - off the coast of Malaysia and Thailand, where she'll be scuba diving and toasting herself on the beach. I hope I will recognise her when she's back...

We don't like staying in the Pet Hotel, but we don't have international passports, only those passes for office use (we are office cats), so we are stuck in tiny cages, with no innernets connection!

Mach: I'll be back soon, promise!

We can't blog and visit u kitty guys and gals for this week at least.

We'll miss U all!

Thanx for your kind thots and wishes for mommie, she's gotten a room to rent, it still means that we can't move with her, but at least that's a load of her mind and she can pay more attention to our needs (a pot of edible kitty grass for starters) and concentrate on work and bring back the $$, cos there's always room for more toys and treats here! whahaha

Tattle Tale Thursday - U call that kitty grass?

Mommie said there's a surprise for us this week, but wat a farce it turned out to be!

We know she got this from the pet shop last week, cos she was all happy telling us about it...

It got us all excited...

And then today, we saw her behaving suspiciously... She was creeping towards the rubbish bin with a small brownish box and we being cats, got curious and started following her... And wat we saw would traumatise us forever! (until she hands us those treats)

We made her take photographic evidence of her crime, pls kitties, be forewarned...

She deaded the kitty grass! It looks like weeds if U ask us!

We read online that "Kitty grass is easy to grow..., An excellent product..."

So its definately ur fault, Mum... Ur fingers are not GREEN at all and it's time U acknowledge the fact.

Maybe there's ready-grown kitty grass, we tink U should just get that.

I'm was a-visiting at Poppy Q's, when I saw that her Mommie has done a bad, bad thing! Her Mommie threw out her cardboard box! Oh, the atrocity, the madness! I feel for u, sweetie!

So here I am, sending my powerful high-beam laser eyes all the way to her Mommie, letting her know "Do not mess with the Cardboard, ever".

That should put her in her place, 2 pairs of laser eyes is much more effective than 1 pair!

Hiiz, every furrfren and beanies!

We are really excited to introduce ourselves, I shall get the paper ball rolling...

Ahem, I’m Felix, the Tuxie and I'm 7 years old this year. My brother Garfield, met with our MachBean (MB) for the 1st time in Jan 2001 at her old hunting place, a vet clinic.

Back then, one of MB's colleague's friend heard our pitiful meows when she came back from work and found us huddled together at the lift lobby staircase. Up to now, I'm still not sure why and how we ended up there but boy, was I glad we had each other throughout the ordeal.

Another blessing was that the lady friend called MB's colleague to save and place us at the clinic for adoption. Phew.. Its not the SPCA that she called.

We were so relieved to have shelter, food, water and next day, we saw our MB... on her 1st day of work!! Can you guys believe it?? Garfield: Hi, Mom!

Few days in, MB decided to adopt us because she couldn’t bear to see us being separated and during her lunch break, she comes and confide in me that she felt especially protective of me because I was much smaller and seemed weaker compared to Garfield.

She doesn’t know I’m the TOP CAT in disguise. For what I lacked in stature, I make up with my brain power. (sorry Garf, the truth had to be revealed) Evidence#1
